Logline: After his mother’s unexpected death, a teenage car thief, Matías, is sent to live with the abusive father that they ran away from thirteen years earlier.

Short Screenplay: "Like You Think You Know Me”

Logline: Leigh grew up in south Baltimore, living on the verge of eviction. Now, at 17, she’s stealing money from her mother and pushing her boyfriend away. But she never does anything without a reason, even if she won’t tell anyone what it is.

Short Screenplay: "Unfinished”

Logline: “Unfinished” follows Vanessa, 36 years old and 37 weeks pregnant, who goes into labor earlier than expected forcing her to confront her estranged racist father.

Awarded a Mayor’s Individual Artist Award from the Creative Baltimore Fund on behalf of the Mayor and the City of Baltimore and the Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts.


Short Screenplay: "Derby Night”

Logline: Nick is a bit of a loaner. If it weren’t for his job shift manager at the local roller rink, he’d never leave his room. But all that changes when Chenel joins the roller derby team, and his infatuation soon becomes obsession.
